CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION For authors of technical papers In order to upload your paper you must first register for the conference. You will need your Registration Code (Confirmation) when you upload your paper. Author registration deadline is Monday, April 16. IEEE and IEEE Communications Society Policies All IEEE SECON 2012 technical papers must be associated with an author registration at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE SECON 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and must present the paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE SECON 2012 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE SEECON 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE Xplore® All IEEE SECON 2012 Workshop Paper Presenters must register for the workshop. For those presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to three papers. Workshop Paper Presenters must register by June 1st. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. ACCEPTED and PRESENTED papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore®. If it is necessary to cancel a workshop, the liability of IEEE SECON 2012 is limited to the return of the workshop fee. Workshop fee includes: Coffee Breaks, Lunch and Proceedings. Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Monday 4 June 2012. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Author registrations used to submit a paper(s) are non-refundable. Please submit cancellation requests via email to SECONreg@ieee.org Visa Assistance Letters Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format). Non‐Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a Comsoc Visa Assistance Request. |
